Whizadjust – for perfecting centre height

WhizAdjust is designed to fit the sub spindle of most machines, or other round positions. The model AB4624-S38D16 has a 16 mm base, and it comes with a standard 22 mm sleeve. If you need a different size, other sleeves are available.

Functions of the WhizAdjust tool holder

Matching notched surfaces maximises clamping area and controls side movement.
Adjustment screw M5x0.5×15-ADJ.
Fine adjustment of each slot = 0,02 mm.

Please note. Due to the slant in the holder if a movement in Y is 0,01 mm then movement in Z will be 0,006 mm.

How to adjust the tool holder:

Release the M8 clamping screw.
Adjust the set screw, every line is 0,02 mm.
Tighten the clamping screw.
If needed adjust Z as 60% of the total adjustment in Y.
Good to go!
