These K-type tool holders are specifically engineered for various machining operations, including back turning, threading, grooving, and parting off. Parting off smaller parts

For parting of small or short parts, we recommend using narrow or shifted WhizCut K-type tool holders for optimal accessibility. Stability is maintained through the robust insert seat and integrated seat angle.

Y-axis turning

WhizCut Original Y-axis tool holders direct chips down to the conveyor and transfer cutting forces into the tool plate. This results in a smoother turning process, enhanced surface finish, and extended tool life.
