WhizDrill’s advanced micro drills are engineered for precision and performance. The drills cover a diameter range from 0,05 mm (.002”) to 3,175 mm (1/8”). For optimal cooling, we offer coolant through options. Crafted from premium sub-micron carbide grades with super finish coatings, WhizDrill minimizes tool wear and chip packing, ensuring longevity and reliability.
Exceptional tolerances for micro drills
Introducing our new gun drill type, WhizDrill guarantees exceptional tolerances. Standard drills are manufactured to h6, but for superior precision, we can produce them to h3. All WhizDrills are available in steps of 0,001 mm in diameter, with a range of customizable specifications.
